Career guidance is a process in which young people learn about their own interests, skills and goals. If school leavers know what they can do and where they want to go, it is easier for them to make the (right!) decision.

Early career guidance and a wide range of information and services help and enable seamless transitions from school to work life.

There is a wide range of services, events and offers for orientation for young people. The Dualeducationfinder is a collection of career guidance examples, which may inspire the following target groups: In-Company Trainers, SME Managers, Coachs and Lecturers/Teachers. The platform offers advice on how to design career orientation. Getting to know the initiatives of the partners strengthens the supra-regional and international character and enriches the existing offers.
