En tant que Manager de PME, il existe de nombreuses façons d’entrer en contact avec les apprentis. Les initiatives organisées par les dirigeants de PME en collaboration avec les écoles sont particulièrement bonnes. Mais les foires et les journées portes ouvertes offrent également une excellente occasion.
The region St. Pölten/Lower Austria/Vienna (A) offers an interesting fair, the "BeSt³ digital". Direct contact with potential apprentices is primarily established at the "Bildungsmeile Amstetten-Scheibbs".
The region of Vorarlberg (A) organizes the "Apprenticeship fair Montafon", as well as the "i-Messe - the Vorarlberg vocational training fair" to facilitate the contact between SME- Managers and young people. The region has set up an apprenticeship homepage, too.
The region of Valais (CH) brings potential apprentices and SME- Manager together at the formats "Berufsschaufenster Upper Valais" and "Your Challenge - Career and Education Fair". The "Valais InfoPass " enables direct contact, too.
In the region Rosenheim/Bavaria (D), several initiatives are organized to make it easier for SME- Managers to get in touch with potential apprentices, including the "Azubi-Speed-Dating", the "Apprenticeship ambassadors - Combined degree" and the "Ausbildungs-Scouts". In addition, the "meineZukunft! - The Job and Career Fair", is offered. Especially for the Bavarian metal and electrical industry, the format "AusbildungsOffensive-Bayern" is organized.
The Chamber of Crafts Munich (D) organizes the "Meet your job - training fair" to enable contact between SME managers and potential apprentices. In this regard, the "Berufsbilderabend der Maria-Ward-Mädchenrealschule Traunstein" is also organized.
The region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (F) offers the "mondial des métiers" job fair.
The region of South Tyrol (I) offers different formats as a contact point between SME- Managers and apprentices. For example, the " Infofair Bressanone" and the " Futurum – South Tyrols education fair".
The region of Trento (I) tries to connect potential apprentices with SME- Managers through a job fair.
The region of Slovenia (SL) offers the format "Crafts path", which links SME- Managers and potential apprentices.

Apprentice-Speed-Dating serves both training companies and pupils looking for an apprenticeship to gain a first impression of each other in a short time and to make contacts. Apprentice-Speed-Dating is similar to Partner-Speed-Dating.

The Your Challenge career and education fair takes place every two years. The event is part of the Valais vocational training program and offers around 21,000 visitors an insight into more than 400 professions.

InfoPass is an event that aims to give the participating young people a lively insight into a job or a secondary school. In addition, professionals from different professions give practical insights into their everyday life.
